Over 30 years, Dr. Tom Owen founded Aligned Mentoring for Chiropractors (AMC) under a simple philosophy: “If you don’t grow, you don’t owe.”

For over past three decades, AMC has helped chiropractors across the United States and around the world develop successful practices through mentorship and practical systems.

Through those years of working closely with doctors, Dr. Owen saw an opportunity for chiropractic offices to make an even greater impact through nutrition. His vision was straightforward: simple nutrition in every chiropractic office.

Doctors shouldn't need to become nutrition experts or completely change the way they practice. Instead, they needed a straightforward system with the right testing, products, protocols, education, and support.

That vision became the foundation for PEAK Nutritional Solutions—first to help Aligned doctors incorporate nutrition into their practices and ultimately as a resource available to chiropractors everywhere.

Dr. Lyndsy Johnston graduated cum laude from Life University with a Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Biology degree. She has served families in her practice in Monticello, GA since 2013. Her extensive background in family wellness includes more than 250 hours of advanced education in pregnancy, birth, infancy, childhood, and natural health. She is a certified practitioner through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in the Webster Technique.

Throughout more than a decade in practice, Dr. Johnston has developed a passion for creating systems that make comprehensive care easier for the doctor, easier for the team, and easier for the patient to understand. That same philosophy drives her work with PEAK.

Her focus is taking nutrition, laboratory testing, supplementation, patient education, and clinical recommendations and turning them into repeatable systems that can actually work inside a busy chiropractic office.

Dr. Johnston has also spent years mentoring chiropractors through Aligned Mentoring for Chiropractors, specializing in the Right Start Program and helping doctors successfully open and grow their practices. She is a Legacy Member of Aligned Mentoring and has received the Eagle Award, A+ Achievement Award, Ben Franklin Award, Hawk Award, Topflight Award, and Hope Award.

Dr. Johnston brings the implementation to PEAK: helping doctors and their teams take nutritional concepts and turn them into a system they can confidently use every day.
